Delivery

Having worked in the building and construction industry for over 30 years we understand the importance of being able to get the materials you need on site quickly .This is why we offer a next day collection service on cut and paint only universal columns, beams, channels and hollow sections on orders placed between Sunday and Thursday. On all other steel orders for collection we offer a 2- 3 day turn a round and will email you to advise when your order is ready for collection. We also offer a friendly and reliable delivery service to site with our crane assisted lorry, making unloading and positioning your steel even easier. We aim to deliver your steel between 2 and 4 working days from when your order is placed and will email you to confirm a delivery date to site. If you have a specific delivery requirement then please add this to the notes sections on your order. You can also order our large range of stock from our trade counter and bolts and fixings through the website and collect these from our trade counter at a convenient time for you or have then delivered along with your steel order. 

  • Collection

    An email will be sent to you to let you know that your order is ready for collection.  Bolts and fixings can be ordered for collection without placing a steel order and these can be collected from our trade counter along with our full range of trade counter products. Again, we will email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

  • Delivery

    We offer a friendly and reliable delivery to site service within a 25 mile radius of our Burghfield premises . We aim to keep our steel prices fair and have an additional charge for delivery rather than putting this as a hidden charge within the steel price .Our steel is also delivered by a crane assisted vehicle making it easier to have your delivered. We have three tiers of delivery , £30.00 up to a 15 miles radius from RG30 3XN , £45.00 between 15 and 50 miles and £55.00 between 20 and 25 miles.you have any specific delivery requirements or are outside of our 25 mile radius then please place your order through our website and select collection and contact us on 0118 9757500 and our friendly office team will be happy to assist you and arrange delivery for you. 

  • When will I receive my order?

    We aim to provide a next day collection on cut and paint only beams,columns,channels and hollow sections on orders placed between Sunday and Thursday. All other items ordered for collection will be ready within 2-3 days of your order being placed and we will email you to advise when your order is ready for collection. Orders for delivery delivery will be delivered within 2-4 days of your order being placed and we will email you to advise when you will receive your order.  We understand that from time to time you need materials to site quickly so please contact our office on 0118 9757500 if you have a specific delivery requirement.

  • What is we are out of stock?

    If a product you have ordered is out of sock for any reason then we will contact you to advise of any delay to your delivery or collection and discuss alternatives.

  • Can I return an item?

    Due to the custom nature of our steel products available to order online we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
