  • For 75mm Cavity

We can weld a plate onto your channel to bridge a 75mm cavity. Please select the position of the plate and then enter the length of beam you require. The plate length will be the same as the beam length and is calculated within the total cost inclusive of welding. Don't forget you can also add timber and service holes to your beam, please select these below and add them to your order.

     Please Note

All plates are set back from the edge to allow for a muck joint .  For example for 75mm cavity you would have: 100mm brick + 75 mm cavity + 100mm block = 275 mm therefore your steel will come with a 250 plate leaving enough room either side for a muck joint.

  • For 100mm Cavity

We can weld a plate onto your channel to bridge a 100mm cavity. Please select the position of the plate and then enter the length of beam you require. The plate length will be the same as the beam length and is calculated within the total cost inclusive of welding. Please Note

All plates are set back 15 mm from face of brick to allow for a 15 mm muck joint. For example if you have a 100 mm cavity you will also have a 100mm block, 100 mm cavity and 100 mm brick which equals 300 mm. Therefore from the back of your beam to the edge of your plate will measure 285 mm to allow for a muck joint.
